This vintage Isaac Mizrahi coat dress is in a luxe grey pinstripe wool and was featured on the Isaac Mizrahi Fall Winter 1991 runway as shown being modeled by Nikki Taylor. This dress could also be worn as a jacket or coat but it was considered revolutionary at the time to use men's suiting to create a dress.  Isaac Mizrahi has always been a very innovative designer, and during the 1990's, he was considered to be one of the most important American designers of the time. Mizrahi pieces were made with the finest fabrics and often with couture techniques. We are honored to be offering a private collection of Isaac Mizrahi clothing and accessories from the runway from the 1980's through the early 2000's.
